Alisar has led teams at Meta, CivicSync and the U.S. Census, driving initiatives that significantly reduce bias in AI algorithms and improve operational efficiency in AI applications.
Alisar holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University.
